2.MECHANICAL WIRE DESCALING MACHINE 8BK
1. Description
The descaling machine is welded by 16mm thickness steel plate. At the bottom installs rust collection. Two units of descaling wheels are fixed at the plate in vertical. Wheels use alloy material. The wire rod go pass horizontal and vertical wheel unit then rotate 180°, oxide scale fall into the collection trolley.

3.SAND BELT MACHINE
Description:
Machine frame uses the structural part, long square box structure. This equipment is composed of spindle, rotary disc, power drive part, straightener, protective cover, and vacuum cleaner. The working principle: Belt is mounted on the turntable with revolution and rotation, belt installed in the right place always close to the wire rod surface, by adjusting the eccentric shaft to complete belt tensioning-releasing, loading/unloading the belt and threading the wire rod, the adjustment of the eccentric shaft lever spring can change the tension of the sand belt. The main drive uses a 15KW frequency conversion motor to run through a triangular belt drive spindle. The turntable is connected with the main shaft with a bolt, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. The machine is automatically controlled by the PLC program between the machine and the host, and the machine can also switch to separate control. The surface of the steel wire to remove rust through the belt machine completely meets the requirement of the coating. The abrasive belt uses imported zirconium corundum belt or ceramic belt.

4.ONLINE LARGE WHEEL TYPE PHOSPHATING BOX
Composition:
This equipment is mainly composed of guide roller, box body, large wheel, bracket, motor, thermal oil heater, dryer, etc.
Working mode:
After the descaling and grinding of wire rod surface, it finally enters the device in a dry and clean state. The wire rod is wound on the big wheel according to the work needs. After the wire rod runs for a sufficient period of time, the wire rod will be sent out of the device after the drying device. While the device is working, a thermal oil heater is used to heat the large wheel box by extracorporeal circulation.
