Introduction
Internal Grinding Machine IG-150-NC / IG-150-2NC is an economical but efficient inner diameter Grinders with a conversational man-machine control interface, which makes the operation more intuitive. The feed axis of the equipment adopts precision ball screw and servo motor. The left and right sliding table of NC Series is driven by hydraulic. For 2NC Series, the left and right sliding table adopts ball screw and servo motor.
This NC inner diameter grinder has a wide range of applications and can be applied to grind various inner diameter surfaces, providing excellent accuracy and surface roughness. The NC Series can be used for internal diameter grinding of general through-hole parts, and the 2NC Series can be used for internal diameter grinding of workpieces with blind holes. They are commonly used in industries such as automobiles, molds, and components…etc.

Convenient grinding operation
All the grinding motions, "from rough grinding, dressing, finish grinding to spark out", are fully automatically operated. This provides high accuracy, convenient operation and greatly upgrades productivity. Also, it is excellent for mass production as well as small quantity, flexible workplace grinding.
The precision work head spindle
The work head spindle runs on a high precision roller bearing featuring high accuracy, high rigidity and silent running. The work head can be swiveled at clockwise 7° ~anticlockwise 8°, allowing for grinding tapered work pieces.
The slide table
The slide reciprocating movement is driven by a hydraulic system, providing variable speed change and superior stability.
NC controlled auto. dressing with compensation
In case a diamond or CBN grinding wheel is applied, a selection of no dressing compensation is available. For hard-to-grind parts, a multiple dressing compensation mode can be selected to ensure the desired grinding quality.
Advanced NC Control System
NC controller adopts dialogue type operation interface, replacing the traditional light indication with text or graphic to show the easiest control; flexible control, increased functions, easy to change; abnormal history record, troubleshooting instructions to improve the efficiency and quality of after-sales service.
