About the Details:

About the Factory:

First:
We request that you provide Auto CAD format drawings for the chassis.
Second:
Please provide the direction of the PTO flange turning (when facing it), the dip angle of the PTO flange, and its relative
position compared to the main beams. Additionally, refer to the attached drawings.

TIP: Regarding the direction of the turning(please face to it), dip angle, relative position and size of the PTO flangedisc.please you have to let your customer supply us,or the body will not work because of the wrong match. Since the PTO flange for each type of the chassis maybe different even the same Brand.There are two flange discs-one is on the transmission shaft,the other is on the PTO mouth.If you need us to supply the transmission shaft,please you have to ask your customer supply the above information to us,or you can let your customer buy locally.

Third:
Kindly supply the measurements for L1, L2, L3.
L1 measures from the rear of the cabin to the end of the main beam.
L2 extends from the PTO mouth to the end of the main beam.
L3 represents the usable length of the main beam.

TIP: Regarding L2 size,please you have to let your customer supply us,since we must design the transmission shaftaccording to L2 size(we have not found it on the drawings).As for the L1,L3,we can calculate them approximately,but can not be exact,since the sizes marked on the drawings are not the amplification of the same proportion when we enlarge it.So if your customer can measure it for us,it'svery helpful for us to design the good matched body.

Fourth:
For the EFI throttle connection of the engine, please share relevant photos.

TIP: Please it's better for you to ask your customer if their engine is the EFI throttle of the engine.If not, we should supply the matched accessories accordingly.Or please just let your customer to take the photos of it,our engineer can judge it from the photo.

Fifth:
We request additional photographs of the actual chassis, focusing on the area behind the cabin, from the cabin's rear to the end of
the main beam. These details will assist in ensuring precise customization.

TIP: Please it's better for you to ask your customer to take more photos of the chassis,it's very helpful for us to design and make the body.And then you can save more trouble when your customer install the body.
