Product Description
The double-roll extrusion granulation fertilizer production line adopts a dry granulation process to press the powdered material into 2-10mm granular materials through extrusion and supports customized molds.
The double-roll extrusion granulator is generally suitable for the production of granular fertilizers such as chemical fertilizers, compound fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, and biological organic fertilizers. It can also be used to produce graphite particles, snow-melting agents, desiccants, bentonite cat litter, and other powdered materials. This production line has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection. It is equipped with an automated control system to ensure the stability and high quality of granulation production and meet the fertilizer production needs of large, medium and small enterprises.

How to produce high-quality granular fertilizer?

1. Automatic batching system: complete automatic proportioning according to demand, equipped with a remote monitoring system, the batching process can flexibly adjust the formula to ensure the nutrient content and quality of the raw materials are stable.
2. Conveying system: the material is accurately delivered to the target area through a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator, equipped with a dust protection device.
3. Crusher: the material can be quickly crushed to the ideal particle size.
4. Mixer: fully stir and mix the material to achieve the purpose of homogenization.
5. Roller extrusion granulator: the processed raw materials are squeezed and granulated in one time. No additives are required, the granules are of high hardness and low return rate.
6. Screening machine: classify the finished granules and remove impurities. The granules that do not meet the requirements are sent to the crushing mixer through the conveying system for re-granulation.
7. Packing machine and palletizer: the final finished granules are packaged and stacked by the weighing packaging system. It is convenient for the storage, transportation and sales of fertilizer granules.
