Operation process
Note: The whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire.
1. Turn on the power switch and adjust the temperature, time and air pressure to the required requirements.
2. When the temperature is reached, switch the switch to the "manual" position, and try to iron the desired product. After the quality is approved, it can be switched to the "automatic" position for mass production.
3. When the switch is in the "manual" position, manually press the "manual start" heating plate to press down and automatically rise when the time is up. If the position is found to be wrong during the hot stamping process, press "emergency stop" to stop the hot stamping. When the switch is in the "auto" position, just push the heating plate in place and the heating plate will automatically press down.
repair:
1. Air pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too large, adjust the pressure regulating valve on the gas cylinder, increase the pressure in the (+) direction, and reduce the pressure in the (1) direction (please pay attention to whether there is lubricating oil in the gas cylinder).
2. Temperature: When the heating plate does not heat up or the heat is uneven after the device is set to a temperature, the circuit thermostat and thermocouple should be checked. If the thermocouple is broken, there is a disconnection indicator on the thermostat, and the thermocouple should be replaced. .
3. Time: when the switch is set to "manual", press "manual start" and it will not press down, then check the "manual" switch, when the switch is set to "automatic", the table will not be pressed down when it is in place, and the inside of the box should be checked. Whether the contact point of the micro switch is in place, if not, it should be adjusted.
