It is a new type of green polymer material polymerized by CO, ethylene and propylene. Last year, it started mass production of materials and introduced them to the market! POKETONE is an engineering plastic whose entire main chain is composed of carbon. It is a highly crystalline, strong crystalline structure that exhibits impact resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, fuel resistance, and gas barrier properties. There are two kinds of high-strength fiber-purpose copolymer (Copolymer) formed by binary alternating copolymerization of carbon monoxide and ethylene, and terpolymer (Terpolymer) additionally using propylene as an engineering plastic. Retains high tensile and impact strength in wet conditions, and high elongation.3. High heat distortion temperature: HDT is 200℃, which can be used for a long time in high temperature environment.4. Outstanding chemical resistance: Superior chemical resistance is second only to PPS. Water and water vapor stability5. High barrier properties: hydrocarbons. Passed the permeability test of unleaded gasoline @93℃*15days, which is better than Teflon, and the gas barrier is comparable to EVOH.6. Superior friction performance: The wear resistance is 14 times that of POM, and it has low noise.7. High-energy production efficiency: Polyketone with high crystallinity helps to shorten the molding cycle. Scope of application1.
