Log turning system with hydraulic power turning roller, this machine use for turning log to suitable cutting angle, the length of machine can custom made as your log specification.

Double head vertical sawmill machine, precision cutting double side of round log at same time, saw wheel diameter 800mm, saw blade width 3inch, the distance between blade is adjustable.

Automatic band saw blade tension system, high working efficiency, easy operation.

Slop chain conveyor will take out the side slabs after cutting by twin vertical saw machine, labour cost saving.

Laser measurement will help operator check which place the saw blade will cut.

Touch screen with PLC control system, all sawmill line function can be control in this panel, in this program you can setting many different cutting size, or adjust cutting speed, electric parts brand is optional.

Wood centering system, make sure wood in center of roller conveyor before into next cutting process.
