1LY-325 heavy-duty unidirectional disc plough is a kind of hanging agricultural machinery. It mainly matches with tractors, and it is the upgrade of the moldboard plow. During working, the plow discs rotate to break the soil block, cut off the roots of crops and break the bricks in the soil, especially practical in the overgrown wasteland reclamation. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation, good operation quality and wide popularity. The disc plough is mainly divided into 1LYQ series, 1LY series, 1LY (SX) some columns and according to different soil quality and tractor, we can choose different models of products.

1. Bearing: 45# cast steel, be tempered, with 38-42HRC hardness, high wear resistance and tensile resistance ,not easy to be damaged.
2. Plough disc: as the most important part of disc plough working in the soil, our factory uses 65Mn spring steel, after heat treatment, up to 44-52HRC hardness. The surface of the plough discs is after steel sand shot blasting and plastic spraying treatment and has high wear-resistant, toughness, long service life, so it can automatically rebound when encountering stones, and can cut freely when encountering tree roots.
