The customer requested our company to provide a transparent vertical revolving window with all main components made of fiberglass. After receiving the requirements, our company actively communicated and designed drawings. We actively communicated and provided drawings on various issues such as the outer and inner frames of the windows, as well as the embedding of transparent fiberglass plates. We successfully produced and assembled samples of the vertical rotating windows, which were recognized by the customers and received high praise from them in many subsequent projects.

Our company has found through market research that most of the maintenance doors used for cooling tower maintenance ports in the market are aluminum alloy maintenance doors or very simple fiberglass plates; Aluminum alloy maintenance doors will rust and need to be replaced after 2-3 years outdoors, and fiberglass plates often crack or disappear due to other factors. Our company has designed and developed a new fiberglass access door that is lightweight, easy to install, and resistant to corrosion and oxidation. It has a long service life and does not need to be replaced frequently. I have not received any complaints since 2014.

Production process
FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforcedpolymer proflesof any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,con.tinous mat,woven robing,carbonor others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix(resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passedthrough a pre-foming station that producesthe stratifcation necessary to give the profle the desiredproperties.After the pre-formingstep,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die topolymerize the resin.

3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
