Q. How do we repair the Inflatables?A. Minor cuts or punctures do not affect the performance when the inflatable during display. They can be easily repaired after the display. For extensive damages, factory repair services are available at very nominal charges.Q. How long do the Inflatables last?A. The life of the Inflatable depends on the maintenance. Please follow the Safety Rules when use the inflatables. If any small damage by others' carefullessness, you can use the material and accessories in it to repair the inflatable. And as usual, if you can use it in the correct way, we can have warranty of 3 years for it. Q:What's the inflatable bouncer castle's production standard?A:We produce our inflatable according to the standard of EN14960. Q: Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?A:Our blower has passed the certificate of CE or UL.Q: What's material of your inflatables bouncer?A:The material is PVC TARPAULIN. It is one of the strongest material in the world, it is UV-resistant, UV resistant, fire retardant and innoxiously. If client need more lighter material we can also make production according to client's requirement.Q: what's material of your inflatables tent?A: The material used for inflatable tent can be PVC tarpaulin or OXFORD material or Nylon, we can use different material for production base on client's requirement.Q: If the water game product is safe for the palyer?A:The air-tighter inflatable for water games serial is sealed by High hear weld miller machine to do the work, it seems one piece material only, we use very durable PVC tarpaulin to make the production and test the product to make sure no leakage. Every product with be checked before the shipment.Q: what's the shipping way we can choose?A:Shipment can be arranged by see or by air. The shipping cost should paid by buyer. Air shipping cost is much high but take short time for delivery, normally within 5-7days Sea shipping cost is lower, it's much economical for large inflatable item, But take very long time for receive the goods, client need to do the import custom declaration by themselves. Normally sea shipping time is 15-30day or more, mainly depend on the vessel shipping line's shecdule. Q:How about the package?A:We pack inflatable games by carpet at first, then put the package in tarpaulin bag so that the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process.
