This instrument is suitable for measuring high-boiling point products such as wax oil and lubricating oil. The boiling point of liquid refers to the temperature at which its vapor pressure is equal to the external pressure. Therefore, the boiling point of liquid changes with the change of external pressure. The pressure in the system lowers the boiling point of the liquid.
