IH series chemical pump are horizontal single stage single suction (axial suction) corrosion resistant centrifugal pumps.
They are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other sectors for transporting liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water.
The medium temperature of the IH series chemical pumps is -20 to 105 ºC.
IH series chemical pumps advantages are as follows:
1. Optional sealing forms: packing seal and mechanical seal.
2. Comprehensive performance is good, high head: long distance and high head transportion, single set head can reach to max 132.5m.
3. High flow rate capacity: can be reached 460m3/h.
4. High temperature resistance: Due to the special material of mechanical seals with high temperature resistance, users are now mostly used as hot water pumps, which are simple, convenient, and practical compared to hot water circulation pumps.
5. Diameter size:outlet size from 32mm to 150mm.
6. High corrosion material : stainless steel material and can be customized. PH value 1.0-14.
7. Widely application: both chemical wastewater and hot water can be transported, widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other sectors.
8. Driving engine of motor and diesel are available.
9. Kinds of driving method satisfy different space need on site: DC, CL, CR, CV, ZV, HC.
