Drive part:
Due to the synchronous mechanism transmission, any transmission belt replacement can be completed quickly. Compared with the traditional multi-layer linkage type (which takes more than six hours to replace and repair), it is easier to maintain and will not affect production.
Cutterhead set:
The new cutter design is driven by a servo motor, with high speed, stable and accurate movement, smooth incision, and beautiful shrinkage. With the label synchronous positioning mechanism, the incision positioning accuracy is as high as 1mm. The unique cutter seat design in the country is suitable for 30mm ~ 130mm containers. The cutter seat is completely free of replacement and debugging. The cutterhead origin sensor is built into the cutterhead. There is no need to calibrate the timing belt position when disassembling the cutterhead. The exclusive use of light touch machine, which automatically searches for origin positioning, is safe and convenient, and is ahead of similar products. The new cutter design is driven by a stepper motor, with high speed, stable and accurate movement, smooth incision, and beautiful shrinkage. With the label synchronous positioning mechanism, the incision positioning accuracy is as high as 1mm.
Feeding group:
It adopts a single shrinkable material tray and an enlarged cache material rack design with a moderate height, making it easy to install labels; it uses a frequency converter and photoelectric sensor combined with a mechanical buffer device to control the label tension, making the label transportation stable and smooth. When there is no film material, the machine automatically stops and starts Warning lights and touch screen display in Chinese. The unique high-standard detection allows the equipment to detect label errors in time during the labeling process, preventing substandard products from flowing into downstream processes.
Flush the group:
A motor is used in conjunction with a double-sided arc timing belt to synchronize the rubber wheels under the brush to ensure the stability of the subscript.
With bottle set:
Mechanical transmission is used to drive the bottle positioning belts on both sides. When the specifications of the entire group of bottles are changed, the lifting and width of the bottle group are adjusted synchronously with a handwheel to achieve fast and convenient adjustment.
