In the process of plastic profile extrusion molding , the extrusion die head plays three roles : stabilizingflow diverting flow , and molding for the molten molded plastic extruded by the extruder . The molded plasticblank that is extruded through the flow channel of the extrusion die head needs to go through an air gap before being pulled into the shaping die for shaping and cooling , in order to ultimately become a plastic profile product .Almost all plastic door and window profiles areextruded using vacuum external shaping technology .
