This straw silage harvester mounts with a tractor. It can complete cutting, harvesting, crushing,
throwing, and collecting continuously. It is mainly used for erect or tiled corn straw, sorghum stalk,
or pasture grass.
Application of multifunctional forage silage harvester
1. It is suitable for harvesting and crushing various upright or fallen dry and wet crops such as
corn straw, sorghum straw, grain straw, forage grass, etc.
2. The harvested and crushed crop straw can be directly used in livestock farms, silage feed processing factories. It can also be used in the production of biomass power generation fuels such as charcoal and straw coal. It can also be used as the culture medium for mushroom growers and other industries.
Structure of multifunctional forage silage harvester
1. The straw silage harvester machine utilizes the output power of the tractor power output shaft
and transmits the power to the harvester machine through the universal joint. The machine utilizes
gear shifting and V-belt transmission to drive the shaft to rotate at high speed to cut the straw.
2. The machine mainly consists of suspension part, variable speed transmission part, cutting and
crushing part, recycling and conveying part, and fan part.
Work process of multifunctional forage silage harvester
1. Firstly the operator connects the silage harvester machine with a tractor.
2. rotating blades constantly cut the straw when it begins to work.
3. The straw goes into the crushing part.
4. Then the fan blows the small pieces into the lifter.
5. Lifter conveys the small pieces into the container.
6. Finally, the hydraulic device on the tractor powers machine to unload the crushed straw.
