DXGF32-32-8 full automatic carbonated drink soda water gas filling machineProduct DescriptionMachine description and features:This series equipment is used for production of PET bottle carbonated drink. This machine intergrated washing, filling, capping in one machine with complete automation, and suitable for all kinds of bottle shapes. Il adopts clip bottle neck technology, and is more faster for adjusting the height of conveyor chain. The filling method adopts new model constant pressure filling technology, which makes filling speed is more faster and stable. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control. The key electrical elements are from famous international brand. The whole machine has scientific and reasonable design, high production capacity, low failure. Machine show:DetailsWashing Part:The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position againFilling part:Long tube filling type with 2 times filling process to make sure perfect filling level Liquid tank, filling valves, controlling rings, upgrading cylinder.High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level. Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic. Capping Part: Rotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads. The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.Air conveyor Air Conveyor is mainly used in the automatic filling production line of PET bottle beverage or water. It is the intermediate transportation of connecting blowing machine, unstacking machine, bottle storage conveying table and filling machine.Conveyor system Conveying path support on the ground by tripod, driving motor adopt frequency control, it connects with washing filling and capping 3 in 1 machine and keeps pace with it. The filled bottles are conveyed by the conveyor system. Driving system is running by a main motor that adopts gear drive mode.
