A: Please provide the product 2D/3D drawings in formats such as PDF, XLSX, or DOCX.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery times depend on your specific items but typically range from 2-3 weeks.
Q: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Send your sample to our factory, and we can either replicate it or offer enhanced solutions. Additionally, you can send us pictures or sketches with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). A CAD or 3D file will be created for you upon order placement.

A: For smaller amounts, we require 100% advance payment via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, a 50% T/T advance payment is needed, with the balance due before shipment.
