A: For samples or small orders, full payment is required before shipment. For bulk orders, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% needs to be paid before shipment. We accept T/T and L/C as payment methods
1. Payment: We accept payment by T/T, Western Union and PayPal. For high value orders, we also accept payment by L/C.
2. Location: Our factory is located in Zhongshan, China, a big export city. It is only 2 hours drive from Hong Kong or Guangzhou.
3. Lead time: For sample making, it only takes 4 to 10 days, depending on the design; for mass production, it only takes less than 14 days for quantity below 5,000 pieces (medium size).
4. Delivery: We enjoy very competitive prices by DHL door to door, and our FOB charges are also one of the lowest in South China.
5. Response: A 20-person team is on call for more than 14 hours a day, and your email will be replied within one hour.
