The technical features of our refrigerated truck
(1) The outer and inner masks used for refrigeration and insulation are all machine-made glass plates (glass fibers in the glass plate are made by pressing after crossed jet during the production process), and meet the national food grade requirements issued by the ministry of health, featuring high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, low heat conduction performance, no pollution, not easy to damage.
(2) Rigid polyurethane foam density is 42-45Kg/m3, delivering excellent insulation performance and compressive strength
(3) Insulation board adopts rigid frame structure, the plating uses resin bonding, the insulation board has a high strength, it's bonded by imported PU structural adhesive and connected by galvanized bolt between two boards. Compartment body has a high overall intensity and outstanding insulation performance.
(4) Double rear door frames are overall frameworks made of glass fiber reinforced plastic paste, the door plate is of light weight with outstanding anti-corrosion performance. The center seam of double rear doors has a slope, which is easy to open and close. Door frame is sealed by imported high quality rubber (EPDM) sealing strip, ensuring the stability of compartment insulation performance.
