Product Description Wood Hammer Mill Crusher Grinding Machine
1. Using thicken steel plate to weld, and the parts inner the grinding room which will contact the raw materials all adopt wear-resisting replaceable parts and double-wear- resisting plates,
2. The motor and hammer mill rotors mounted together in one heavy base
3. It adopts the coupling for direct connection drive. The rotors have passed the dynamic balance test, and can run bi-directionally, the hammers are symmetrically arranged.
4.The machine is simple structure, sturdiness and durability, safety and reliability, convenient operation, less vibration, high productivity.
Main structure
1. Base: heavy base with the function connection and supporting all kinds of parts of hammer mill, ease the vibration, add the reliability and lengthen the usage life. The grinded raw materials discharged from the down raw material outlet of the base.
2. Rotor: it is consist of main shaft, hammer frame plate, pin shaft, hammers, bearings, and bearing base etc, the rotor is main sport part of the hammer mill, the rotor with higher rotate speed, so the rotor must process dynamic balance test without mounting the hammers.
3. Operation door: when changing sieve or hammers, need to open the operation door.
4. Wearing plate: wearing part refers to the part that the inner grinding room connects the raw materials, when it torn to a certain degree, must change it, in case it is broken or fall off to the grinding room causes the accidental issues.
5. Upper cover: connect to wearing plate, the grinding room sealed when closed the operation door.
6. Feeding guiding structure: according to direction of rotor, guide the raw materials enters the grinding room from the left side or right side.
Work principle
The raw material feed into the machine from the top feeder, then through the feeding guide plate, from the left or right side into the crushing chamber, under the action of high speed rotating hammer blow and sieve plate friction, the material will be crushed gradually, and under the action of centrifugal force and air flow, the material across the sieve hole, finally discharged from the base outlet.
