The EPS hot melting machine can crush and hot melt EPS/XPS/EPE/EPO etc foam materials.It works without heater at chamber end.It is different with traditional melt machine. Benefits of 'Friction Produces Heat' 1) Almost needs no pre heating time,you can feed materials immediately after you turn on machine.Traditional lumps machine with heaters need about 20 minutes to heat chamber. 2) Almost no smoke to be produced. 3) Almost no smell to be produced. 4) Options to be with heater if the foam materials are wet.Cause heater can increase temperature to be higher inside chamber. Foam Heat Melt Equipment works with two crushing shafts in hopper. Conveyor for feeding materials is optional. Temperature control and frequency control is installed at control box.
