Product Description MPP (Modified Polypropylene) power cable protection pipe is used for laying pipelines and cables in special areas such as roads, railways, buildings, and riverbeds without the need for extensive dredging, excavation, or road surface damage. Compared to traditional trenching methods, trenchless power pipe engineering better meets current environmental protection requirements by eliminating dust, traffic congestion, and other disturbances caused by traditional construction. This technology also allows for pipeline installation in areas where excavation is not feasible, such as historic preservation areas, urban areas, agricultural and farmland protection zones, highways, and rivers. Product Parameters The MPP power cable protection pipe is characterized by high-temperature resistance and external pressure resistance, suitable for 10KV and above high-voltage power cable conduit materials. Common specifications range from 110 to 315, divided into ordinary and reinforced types. Ordinary type is suitable for construction with a burial depth of less than 4M; reinforced type is suitable for trenchless construction with a burial depth greater than 4M.

Installation Instructions 1. During transportation and construction, the pipe must not be thrown, impacted, scratched, or exposed to sunlight.2. When hot-melt butt welding, the axes of the two pipes should be aligned, and the end face should be cut perpendicular and flat.3. Adjust processing temperature, time, and pressure according to climate conditions.4. The minimum bending radius of the pipe should be ≥75 times the outer diameter of the pipe. Our Advantages 1.
