3, oil/oil heat exchanger, the design is for cooling hot oil by cold oil, while heating cold oil by hot oil, to achieve energy saving and improve efficiency.
4, heat transfer oil furnace and steam boiler are uesd simultaneously, improve oil rate and product oil quality.
Three, Pay attention
1. Preparation of rice bran oil is mostly from the leaching process, and since the storage time of the different raw materials, the acid value is too high, suggest the whole process chooses physical refining, the advantages are low loss with good quality of finished oil. The wax content of crude rice bran oil is 3-5%, so dewaxing process must be configured. The content of fatty acid sodium in soapstock of Rice bran oil is more than 40%, can be used to make laundry soap.
2, The processing methods of palm oil (pulp oil) and palm kernel oil (nut oil) are different, they are two different crude oil, fatty acid composition and physical properties are also different. Refining method is similar, but very different specific operations.
3, the storage time of crude oil should not be too long, to prevent the acid value increased, affecting the quality of crude oil and the oil rate of refining.
