System Introduction
1. The supporting structure of the system adopts a diagonal support design, which distributes the load of the stand evenly, and can be made up to 30 rows. The overall structure meets the load-bearing requirements of 5000N/m2 and meets European standards.
2. The overall structure of the system is made of high-tensile lightweight steel, which is light in structure, strong in flexibility, and has low requirements for ground bearing
3. The front beam(nosing tread) and rear beam are integrally formed by rolling, with reasonable cross-section and uniform load, meeting international standards
4. The guardrail of the retractable seating system is a plug-free safety inclined guardrail. The guardrail is connected to the bottom frame. When the stand is closed, the guardrail does not need to be disassembled. It has high safety and is easy to disassemble.
5. The decking of the system are made of high-quality plywood covered with non-slip and wear-resistant PVC, which fully ensures the safety of the audience.
6. The system drive adopts front-mounted four-wheel drive; it can work in harsh environments such as high temperature, humidity, dust and pollution, and the drive system is more stable.
All metal parts in the system are treated with electrostatic powder spraying after sandblasting and polishing, which fully guarantees the effect of anti-corrosion and anti-rust.

3.Design Notes:
3.1. 100% new HDPE(5502) blow molding grade is used as the base material of the plastic part of the seat. The color masterbatch and its raw material formula are from leading manufacturers in the industry. Antistatic agents, flame retardants and anti-aging agent accessories are all made of high-quality raw materials. The seat has superior mechanical properties, high strength, impact resistance, safety, good weather resistance, stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, antistatic, wear resistance, good water resistance, and stable color.3.2. The plastic structure adopts a double-wall hollow blow molding structure, which can prevent static electricity accumulation; it adopts a stepless frequency conversion multi-point wall thickness control system, and the wall thickness is 4mm thicker, and the wall thickness is uniform; the surface decoration design greatly increases the surface of the seat. High friction force, stylish and beautiful appearance; Siemens voltage stabilization system is used to effectively control the electricity, air pressure, temperature, etc. during the seat production process; the discharge pipe matches the product, and the stress-bearing part of the seat is integrated without clamping edges.
3.3. Designed according to the principle of ergonomics, it can fit the curve of the human body to the maximum extent, and the sitting feeling is comfortable.
3.4. The backrest connectors are made of galvanized steel. The steel components are first sandblasted to remove oil and rust, and then sprayed by a large-scale automatic powder spraying line. The thickness of the powder coating is 80-120μm. The color of the connecting parts can be selected to be consistent with the color of the plastic parts, so that the overall appearance is harmonious and generous.
3.5. The hidden nut is buried deep in the seat, making it stronger at the place where the force is received and more firmly fixed
3.6. The folding of the seat adopts bilateral hidden automatic folding, which is easy to operate and very safe. It will not be damaged by the audience and avoid potential safety hazards.
