Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) system has several key components: an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), at least one automated workstation such as CNC machining, a continuous-loop conveyor, a central management control station, a TCP/IP communication network, and CIM control software.
1. Product Overview:
This set of equipment is a desktop small flexible manufacturing system, the main features are small footprint, safe operation, easy to use by teachers and students；It is mainly composed of an industrial 6-axis robot, a flexible CNC lathe, a flexible CNC milling machine, PLC workstation, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, central control console, etc,Realize automatic loading and unloading, processing and other unmanned work links,According to the instructions, the robot sends and fetches materials to the two machines(lathe and milling machine) respectively,The system can realize the programming of industrial robot loading and unloading workstation system, the integration of loading and unloading system, PLC system programming, fieldbus communication training, robot programming, NC programming, NC machining and other links. 3. Product Function:
The system is comprehensive: it integrates industrial 6-DOF robot programming, CNC machining programming, sensors, PLC, communication, and organically combines the executive mechanism, control system, drive system and various professional disciplines；The robot is responsible for the loading and unloading of CNC machine tools; when one of the CNC lathe parts is finished, it will be taken out automatically and sent to the CNC milling machine to process the next process, and the robot will grab the processed parts to the finished product storage. After mastering the operation and programming of the system, students can also adjust the products processed by the system or complete the automatic assembly of the qualified products processed by the robot through programming.
