A-type layer breeding equipment

Plate:
275g made of aluminum zinc plated plate, corrosion-resistant,customized high-strength model, durable and long-lasting.
The manure belt type manure collection machines is designed for A frame cage systems which has manure belts under the cages.
The manure dropping from the cages onto the manure belts, and then delivered to the outside of the chicken house.
A type poultry equipment has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, it can realize automatic feeding, drinking, manure removing and environment controlling.
Barrier:

Open, with good ventilation performance,
welded with 2.9mm thick steel wire, sturdy and durable.

The cage mesh and frame adopt hot dip galvanizing process that can achiev strong ant corrosion . it can fully meet the hot and humid climate, especially in the tropics.
Egg collection system
It is made by egg collection machines, egg collection belts and egg belt clips. Vertical egg collector, surface spray treatment, easy to clean and durable.


All the materials of the mesh are welded with zinc aluminum alloy thick coated steel wire,
which is precisely expressed as: 10% aluminum+90% zinc alloy coating on the surface of the steel wire.
After salt spray testing (5% salt water immersion test), the corrosion resistance performance reaches a lifespan of 35-45 years.

There are two types of laying hens: ring-shaped and intermittent laying hens;
The connection between the egg collecting machine and the egg conveying belt is equipped with a soft egg removal and collection device.
The broken eggs and soft eggs delivered leak into the egg tray below. The egg tray has large space and is easy to collect.
Automatic feeding system

The feeding position is equipped with a
homogenizer, can spread the feeding evenly.

Feeding trough: The feed trough is made of PVC or Aluminized Magnesium Zinc plate material, with reliable quality and small seams with high straightness
The trough support is made of Aluminized Magnesium Zinc plate , which is sturdy and reliable.The plug-in connection structure makes the slot body sturdy, stable, and precise, and the cage frame more reliable.
Drinking pipe

Egg belt
1.Adopt high quality polypropylene, with high strength, high toughness, low elongation , to resist bacteria and fungi, but not suitable for the growth of Salmonella.
2.Non-absorbent unlimited by the humidity and temperature, has adaptability for climate change.

3.V-form of knifing makes the eggs not easy to slip in the conveying, reduce the damage rate.

4.Suggestion, ultrasonic welding first, and then sew and connect the four sides of end beit . It will be more stable.
Manure belt

Adopt the raw material PP, produce various kinds of the PP belt, as the user's requirement of thickness and width,
The PP belt uniform in thickness and the width, there is a little error. The edge of belt is neat.
Anti- Corrosion , resistance to cut, strong tensile strength.
The common manure belt is with thickness of 1.0mm to 1.2mm . the width can be produced as user's needs.
