Plastic Horizontal Dryer with CE Approval
Horizontal Dryer is used for the centrifugal dewatering so that the moisture rate of the flakes will be reduced to 0.7%. If the heat exchange drying is supplemented later, the moisture rate of the flakes will be further reduced. For the downstream polyester staple fiber or POY filament application, using the high-speed mechanical dewatering equipment (with auxiliary heating) of our company is enough to meet the market demands.
Water content of the final product is an important criterion for performance standard of PET recycling, and rate of mechanical drying directly affects the quality of products as well as energy consumption during the recycling process. Since 2005, hundreds of Boretech horizontal centrifugal dryers are running in China, Southeast Asia, Middle East, America and Africa, which proves the stability and high efficiency of this product.
The flakes moisture rate will be reduced to 2~3%,if the heat exchanger is supplemented afterwards, the moisture rate can be further reduced. For the downstream applications, such as polyester staple fiber and POY filament, it is enough to meet the market demands. Specially designed shaft and anti-block screen to reach the highest capacity, minimal moisture content, the lowest breakdown rate and simpler maintenance.The new model of dryer with a step-type shaft design, which is useful to separate water, and at the same time it has cleaning function on the PET flakes.

Dewatering Section
De-watering process is running by high-speed mechanical centrifugal force, the moisture content of the flakes will be reduced to be less than 1%. If the heat-exchange air drying is supplemented later, the moisture rate of the flakes will be further reduced to be less than 0.7%.
