Product Description
Principle: waste water directly pump into neutralizing tank from rinsing tank. Along with aeration and agitation oxidation movement. It give two reaction: 1. Fe2+ oxidize to Fe3+, 2. Ammonium bicarbonate and wastewater completely chemically react and neutralize then into aeration oxidation tank. Different neutralization material and oxidization ratio, it finished and finally outlet into sludge tank and filter press processing, then outlet into neutralization tank and rinsing tank recycling. Neutralizing agent is Ammonium bicarbonate crystal, No other foreign enter. Generally Accumulated water problem will not occur, If there is increasing water more than normal level, let it go into the flux tank or rinsing tank (it complicating processing, sketch for reference).
After treatment the water can be 100% reused in the galvanizing plant.
