Product Description The high pressure air flow, as the crushing kinetic energy, enters the stabilized gas reservoir at the periphery of the crushing chamber as the gas distribution station. The air flow is accelerated into the supersonic air flow through the Laval nozzle and enters the grinding chamber. At the same time, the material is accelerated into the grinding chamber through the Churi nozzle for synchronous crushing. Because the Laval nozzle and the crushing chamber are installed at an acute Angle, the high-speed jet drives the material to do circulation movement in the crushing chamber, and the particles and the particles and the fixed target wall surface have mutual impact, collision and friction to crush. Driven by centripetal air flow, fine particles are introduced into the central outlet pipe of the crusher into the cyclone separator for collection, and the coarse powder is thrown to the wall of the grinding chamber for circulation movement under the action of centrifugal force and continues to crush.
