Ultrasonic level meter has the characteristics of safety, cleaning, high precision, long life, stable and reliable, easy installation and maintenance, etc., suitable for acid, alkali, salt, anti-corrosion, high temperature and other fields. The meter can be connected to the display meter or various DCS systems via 4~20mA or RS485(Modbus agreement or other custom protocol) to provide real-time level data for industrial automation.

I patented acoustic intelligent technology software can be intelligent back wave analysis, without any debugging and other special steps, this technology has the function of dynamic thinking and dynamic analysis. l The acoustic intelligent patent technology owned by our company greatly improves the accuracy of the instrument, the liquid level accuracy reaches 0.3%, and can resist various dry disturbance waves. This instrument is a non-contact instrument, no direct contact with the liquid, so the failure rate is low. The instrument can be installed in a variety of ways, and the user can calibrate the instrument through this manual. I All the input and output lines of the instrument are protected against lightning and short circuit.

The overall size of the instrument (probe size will change according to the different range of the instrument, if there is a difference will be informed in advance) Installation method: open environment generally adopts the support installation method, with the instrument with flange fixed. Cut a round hole slightly larger than the diameter of the probe (60mm) in the mounting position of the tank or tank, place the meter into it, and tighten the flange from the bottom up. Installation must ensure that the probe surface of the instrument is level with the measured liquid level.
Note: Flange installation should be larger than DN65 flange, flange center hole M59*2. 3.2
