The machine adopts gantry type layout, consisting of double columns, beams and bed body. The beam adopts the structure of ladder beam, the steel guide rail is inlaid and pasted locally, the roller isused, the whole rigidity is strong, the mechanical property is good.
The spindle of wheelhead adopts dynamic and static pressing bearing bush structure, which has theadvantages of long life, high movement precision and good anti-vibration performance. The working table isdriven by oil cylinder, stepless speed regulation, stable movement and low noise;
The main motor of hydraulic unit adopts servo motor, and the flow varies with the speed of motor, savingenergy and high efficiency.
Vertical wheelhead rotation with end gear disk positioning, 1° dividing.
