COPPERBONDED EARTH RODS - EXTERNALLYTHREADED
Normal copper(stainless steel,galvanized) bonded earth rods-254 microns(customized available) are manufactured by electroplating 99.9 % pureelectrolytic copper onto a low carbon steel bar with high tensile strength (minimum 600N/mm2). To preventoxidation of copper bonding, each rod is treated with Benzol Triozole derivatives. Thre ads on the rods are formed by rollthreading process giving extra strength to the threads and eliminating risk ofchipping ofthreads while driving the rod in the ground.
