Automatic Broiler Feeding and Drinking System
Our chicken equipment including the following systems,
1. Main feeding deliver system.
2. Vice pan feeding system.
3. Water supply and nipple drinking system.
4. Tunnel ventilation system.

1. Main Feeding Deliver System.
Main feeding deliver system, consist of silo with auger deliver system, or main hopper with auger deliver system.
1. For full automatic operation of feeding deliver system, silo is necessary for main feeding delivery.
2. For saving investment, we can use main hopper with auger system instead of silo, need workers to put the feed in hopper for delivery.
2. Vice pan feeding system.
Our vice pan feeding system, consist of vice hopper, feed pipe with hunging system, auger with motor.
Specification: 3-4 pans per 3 miters, feed pipe diameter: 45mm, pan capacity: 45-55 birds/pan.
3. Water supply and nipple drinking system.
Water supply and nipple drinking system, consist of water front parts, nipple drinking line, hanging system, water pressure regulator and water level end display.

Nipple drinker capacity: 8-12 birds/nipple.
4. Tunnel ventilation system.
Exhaust Fans: 50 inch fans (Box fan or Cone fan), fans with accredited Europe of CE certification.
Guarantee period for fans: One year, the easily damaged parts are offered free of charge.

Evaporation Water cooling pad system: It is best effecitive combiation to decrease the temperature in poultry house in hot cliamte area.

Cooling Paper Size : length: 1.5 m ,1.8m , 2.0 m, width:0.6m, thickness : 0.15m.
Size with aluminum allloy frame : 1.66m ,1.96 m ,2.16 m.
The best air speed getting trough water cooling pad is 1.8 meter /second.
5. Environment control system.
Environment controller: Agrologic 610, Agrologic 616, Rotem AC2000, AC2000 PLUS, according to farm capacity or your requests.
Electric control box: Schneider brand elements.
