Principle Overview
Cyclone desander is based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation and density difference. Under certain pressure, the water through into the equipment tangentially and produce a strong rotation. Due to the different density of water and sand, under different force of centrifugal force, the centripetal buoyancy and fluid drag force, then the cleaning water of low-density rise and flow out, sand of high density is discharged from the bottom , so that the purpose of sand removal is achieved. Under certain terms and conditions, inlet water pressure is bigger, sand removal rate is higher.

1.Simple structure, low cost, easy to install and operate, little maintenance.

3.Applications: water, well water grit removal, coal washing water, industrial processing, solid-liquid separation, liquid degassing and the separation of non-miscible liquids and so on.
