Stone Cutting Machine for all kinds of stone
Introduction
This machine is a hydraulic equipment that can quickly split granite, marble, sandstone, basalt, slate and other rocks. The huge power of 320 tons, coupled with the ultra-wide knife edge of 1200mm, enables it to cut large-scale blocks of any rock into large-scale building stones, curb stones, strip stones, and various specifications with a maximum cross-section of 1200*800mm. It also provides semi-finished products for small blocks, paving stones, wall stones, curb stones and other small models of stone cutters.
Because the upper and lower cutter bodies can automatically expand and contract 1-3cm according to the shape of the stone, even if the surface shape of the block is a little irregular, it can be quickly split, and the section is flat and accurate.
Application field and introduction of stone splitter
(1) Mining operation of building stone: secondary disintegration of large ores (metal ores, non-metal ores);
(2) Partial and complete demolition of concrete components (cement pavement, machine tool foundation, bridge and housing components).
(3) Crushed stone treatment of dangerous rock slopes in housing construction on water conservancy and hydropower expressways.
(4)Excavation of foundation pits, trenchless pipeline construction, and removal of road blocking boulders.
