The Chain Type Bucket Elevator with Platform and Ladder from JIANGSU HUALIANG MACHINERY CO., LTD. is primarily utilized across numerous industries, including grain, feed, coal, metallurgy, and cement factories. It is adept at elevating materials such as granular, dusty, small block, or oil-cleaning substances.,feed,coal,metallurgy,and cement factories, among others. The machine is designed to lift materials like granules, powdered substances, small blocks, or oil-cleaned materials.,powdery,or small blocks. However, the TDTG type double barrel bucket elevator is unsuitable for materials exceeding 60ºC, with significant impurities, oil surface leaching, or corrosive properties. Its notable features include::
1. A movable bottom side plate for easy maintenance.
2. The tail wheel,head wheel, and shaft are connected with a flat key for fixedness.
Structure and Working Principle:
This machine comprises an elevator top,machine barrel,elevator bottom,rubber belt (chains), and buckets. The rubber belt circles between the head wheel and tail wheel, and the buckets are affixed to the belt at set intervals. Material enters the elevator via the inlet, is scooped by the buckets, moves upward with the belt, is thrown by the head wheel, and exits through the outlet. To facilitate cleaning, the elevator bottom features a plug board and spiral tension device.,The elevator top is equipped with a chain drive section, head cap, discharge, bearing housing, shaft, and head wheel. Users can choose from three power transmission methods:
1) A reducer through a flexible coupling for direct drive.

2) Chain and sprocket drive.
3) V-belt pulley drive.
The elevator box is structured from angle steel and steel sheets.
The elevator bottom features an inlet, with discharge gates on both sides of its lower section and spiral tension for bucket belt adjustment.
A dust pipe can be installed on the elevator bottom after removing the cover.
There are two types of bucket configurations: rubber belt and chain. The rubber belt ends are connected using special belt bolts, while buckets are secured to the rubber belt (or chains) with bucket bolts, nuts, and spring washers.
Buckets come in two types: deep and shallow. Deep buckets are ideal for granular materials, whereas shallow buckets are suitable for powdery materials.
