Product Description Details of Polyurethane Products Making Machine:
This conveyor type PU pouring machine is specialized for producing double color, doulbe density and transparent soles, DIP shoes & slipper,sandal, outsoles, closed shoes. This equipment is composed by low preasure pouring system, hyduraulic oil heating system, AC drive control system, microcomputer measuring data control system, auto cleaning system, cooling system etc. Conveyor Infrared-tube heating system can save 30% energy comparing to oil or electric heating. Its main characteristics are as follows:
1. A1B, A2B can make double color, double density
2. Lastest head structure, makes less head material dropping, less waste and save material
3. Use digital temperature control system in the heating conveyor, less power consumption, save energy and more stable temperature control.
4. Heating chamber cover whole coveyor making energy conservation and heating very fast.
5. AC drive control and PLC control system making data, ratio, pouring time setting easily, comparing to old head gear motor setting type.
6. Mateial auto loading system
7. Material tank use hydrulic oil heating system making material inside tank heating more evenly before pouring
8. Head fast mixing speed making high quality and high production product.
