Recycling Process
Product Description
Belt conveyor
Used to convey PET bottles to the crusher in the back-end equipment
Plastic crusher
Used for crushing PET bottles into 8-18mm flakes
Screw feeder
This equipment is used to transport the flakes to the rear equipment
Floating tank
It is used to rinse PET flakes for the first time to separate the PE caps and sediment impurities mixed with PET bottle flakes
Friction washer
Used to rinse the PET flakes with high pressure water and high speed friction then convey the flakes to the rear equipment
De-water machine
The centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation of main shaft removes most of the water of PET flakes
Pipe air dryer system
Heating the air in the pipe line to further reduce the moisture content of PET flakes.
Zig-zag label sorting machine
To sort out samll label scrap remaining in the PET flakes.

Silo
For storage of clean and dry plastic PET flakes
Control cabinet
For controlling the washing line and observing the operation condition of each piece of machines
