The company has jurisdiction over LUXI Chemical Engineering Design Co., Ltd., LUXI New Energy Equipment Group Co., Ltd., LUXI KE-an Special Equipment Testing Co., Ltd. and four divisions integrating equipment manufacturing and engineering installation, and it is equipped with a hoisting center and a machining center. With strong technical research, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, engineering construction, special equipment inspection and detection capabilities.
We have independently developed and manufactured special non-ferrous metal equipment such as zirconium, titanium, tantalum, nickel-based alloy, graphite and other non-metallic equipment, and manufactured various types of heat exchangers, reactors and towers made of various materials, and new environmental-protection and energy-saving equipment such as air cooling and evaporation cooling. It is engaged in R&D, design, manufacturing and installation of natural gas storage and transportation equipment, realizing full coverage of domestic market, the products are sold to Europe, America, Asia, Africa, Latin America and other countries and regions, and the export of CNG bundle containers ranks the first in the same industry.
We undertakes the core equipment manufacturing business of synthetic ammonia, methanol, olefin, polyol, caprolactam, nylon 6, organic silicon, formic acid, hydrogen peroxide, polycarbonate, bisphenol A, fertilizer, caustic soda and other projects, including gasification furnace, synthesis tower, reactor, conversion furnace, low-temperature tower, desulfurization tower, separator, large storage tank, oxidizer and other equipment.
We have the qualifications of A1 large-scale high-pressure vessel manufacturing and A3 fixed pressure vessel (spherical tank), glass lining pressure vessel, A4 non-metallic pressure vessel (graphite) manufacturing and installation, as well as pressure pipeline pipe, pressure pipeline element manufacturing and installation license. The product is licensed for manufacture by ASME (U, U2) in the United States. It has the qualification of B1 seamless gas cylinder, C2 and C3 mobile pressure vessel, GC2 filling station and other natural gas equipment products.
