Working Principle:
1)This Fully Automatic Plane Movement Parking System can park or pick cars automatically with a movement of vertical elevator and the reciprocating movements of conveyor on the same level. The car will be turned into right direction when it reaches into the parking room with the movement of a rotation pallet, and then the car will be driven in or out by the car owner easily.
2) When storing a car: The driver drives the vehicle to the entrance and exit of the equipment and swipes the card; The automatic door opens and the driver drives the vehicle into the access room; At the prompt of the guidance system, the driver stops the vehicle and leaves the vehicle; The driver leaves the access room and swipes again at the entrance and exit; The automatic door is closed, the equipment performs centering and rectification on the vehicle, etc. At the same time, the elevator (with traverse trolley and carrier) runs to be flush with access floor; The carrier conveys the vehicle to the traverse trolley on the elevator; The elevator runs up to the target layer; The traverse trolley moves horizontally to the corresponding position of the parking space; The carrier conveys the vehicle to the target parking space; the storage is completed.
3) When picking a car: The driver swipes the card at the entrance and exit of the device; The traverse trolley moves horizontally to the target parking space; The carrier conveys the vehicle to the traverse trolley; At the same time, the elevator runs to be flush with the target layer; The traverse trolley moves to the elevator; The elevator runs to be flush with access floor; The carrier conveys the vehicle to the access room. The automatic door is opened, and the driver drives the vehicle out of the room.
