FULLY CONTINUOUS WASTE TYRE PYROLYSIS PLANT INTRODUCTION
Fully continuous waste tyre&plastic pyrolysis plant adopts automatic feeding and discharge system. Q345 steel plate as material for rotating reactor. Oil output can reach 50%-55%. Capacity from 15T to 100T. After couple of hours, Syn gas from pyrolysis generated and burn to supply energy to support the pyrolysis procedure by hot air system. Pyrolysis oil cleaned in gas treatment system and then inserted to oil distillation system, which can make it be clean diesel and petrol. Carbon black and steel wire will be separated and collected at the end of the system. This is the most advanced technology, energy saving and environmental friendly.

WORKING PROCESS
Waste tyre pyrolysis in PYROLYSIS OIL To get
Waste plastic → ( circulating hot air ) → PLANT TO GET→ (distillation)→ DISTILLATION→ clean diesel
Waste rubber with 420 degree PYROLYSIS OIL SYSTEM and gasoline
( Note: this kind of diesel and gasoline is different with the oil in market, please contact me for oil detailed parameter.)
