PA6 GF 45% polyamide 6 PA plastic Nylon6 cf10% , gf45% , gf35 , gf45 granules PA6 GF30
Engineering Nylon: PA66, PA6 Plastic granules
For our Reinforced Nylon series, it avaliable for PA66 or PA6 with glass fiber range from 10% to 60%, for PA66 or PA6 with carbon fiber range from 10%-50%.
It has outstanding mechanical strength and good toughness;
It with high heat resistance performance, and good dimensional stability;
It has high flexibility performance in the low temperature: Minus 40 degrees Celsius condition;
For flame retardant propert, it reach V0 standard;
It has high CTI value , excellent electrical insulation, low smoke and low toxicity characteristics.
Advantages for PA6 gf:
Mechanical property, dimension stability, heat resistance and ageing resistance is obviously improved; Fatigue resistance is 2.5 times as the normal polyamide PA6.
