There are materials of P20H (regular), 2738.718.4Cr13, and etc. can be used for mold frame. Material customer nominated is acceptable. It is the high precision of mold that all the mold plates are replaceable.
The material of mold insert is 60Si2Mn (domestic) or SKD11. SKH51, S136, DC53 or other nominated by customer. The standardized size is easy to replace.
Our mold has sound structure, stable behavior, which is good for promoting productive efficiency.
