This production line including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber
Process flows: waste tires--- circle cutting--- strip cutting--- slicing cutting--- magnetic separating--- separation-packaging-put in storage.

The whole set of rubber powder making equipments are consist of three main parts: scrap tires separating equipments, crusher set and grading magnetic separator.
1. Waste tire separating equipments
These machines are special for disintegration, circle cutting, strip cutting and slice cutting of waste tires.
(1) Tire circle cutter
(2) Tire Strip cutter
strips cutter is used for cutting the sidewalls and tread into rubber strips.
blocks cutter is used for cutting rubber strips into rubber blocks.




bead wire separator is to separate the whole steel circle from bead.
rubber powder producing plant(xkp series) is to crush rubber blocks into rubber powder(0.6-3mm)

Specifications:
fiber separato is to separate the fiber from 20-24mesh rubber powder.
