Features of Pharmaceuticals Dry Powder 3D Mixer Mixing Machine
By using the 3D Mixer, there is no centrifugal force in the mixing process, no gravity segregation and stratification, accumulation phenomenon, each component can be uniformly mixed in a wide range of weight ratios, the mixing rate is up to 99.9%.
High loading coefficient up to 80% (ordinary mixer is only about 40%) with short mixing time,It is one of the most ideal mixers.
The 3D mixer has a compact structure and stepless speed regulation (frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation) is adopted for transmission. It is very convenient to operate.
The 3D mixing machine has circular arc transition at all parts, and has been processed by precision polishing to meet the GMP requirement.
The working principle of Pharmaceuticals Dry Powder 3D Mixer Mixing Machine
The mixing barrel is suspended at the end of the main shaft and the driven shaft through two Y-joints, which are intersected and perpendicular to each other in space. When the driving shaft is dragged and rotated, the universal joint causes the barrel to move, rotate and roll repeatedly in space. The material is pushed to make motion in axial direction, radial direction and circumferential direction. So the materials in the cylinder become homogeneous through the impact of flowing, diffusing and adulterating
