Structure of grape juicer extractor machine
Juice extractor machine mainly includes cylinder screen, broken blade, scraper, shaft, frame and transmission system.The cylinder sieve is a slag and juice separation device with two ends open, which is installed horizontally in the shell and fixed on the rack.The propeller, the broken blade and the scraper are arranged in sequence on the shaft driven by the transmission system.
The raw material is added into the hopper and pressed under the push of the screw. Juice squeezed by it flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter net, while the waste material is discharged through the gap formed between the screw and the tapered part of the pressure regulating head. The pressure regulating head can adjust the size of the gap along the axial movement.
