Deyu product new type environmental banbury mixerFeatures at:1) this machine has an integral structure, with a compact structure and good leak proofness, comparing with the traditional drop-typebanbury mixer, it has the features of easy installation, small space occupied, smaller pollution, most suitable for the condition of limitedfactory building space, and it can give play to the best efficiency, convenient to provide the possibility of automatic rubber mixing.it is the ideal new type rubber mixing equipment for the medium size rubber products factory.2) This machine raises the production efficiency greatly, enhances the rubber mixing quality and reduces the unit energy consumptioneffectively, its rubber mixing quality and efficiency is same as the traditional drop-type banbury mixer, but the energy required is 2/3 ofthe traditional banbury mixer.3) All the rotors, mixing chamber, discharge door, the top ram etc. can be cooled through water circulation with large cooling area, meanwhile this machine is equipped with the water temperature control system ,which can effectively ensure the mixing qualityof various rubber materials.4) The surface of the rotors adopts hydraulic sealing, the sealing specific pressure is adjustable, reliable sealing.5)The top ram adopts hydraulic drive, to realize constant pressure control of rubber marterials, the bottom ram adopts drop-typefor discharging with hydraulic drive, stable runnng, short opening and closing time, being driven by oil cylinder, tight locking forceis strong, good self-locking and sealing properly.6) This machine adopts intelligent control system equipped with inverter, its control system adopts touch screen and PLC, whilethe touch screen can transmit and display the running condition of the machine effectively, also it can be set different pressure and rotating speed according to different kinds of material and then all the settings can be on file by serial number, and the relevantprocedure will be callout by inputting the relevant serial number during late productio procedure to run the machine.7) This machine can select the best rotating speed and pressure according to the hardness and temperature of materials, combiningthe electric current, to get the best rubber mixing effects, with the features of going green and environmental protection and intelligentize.8) This machine can choose to assemble front and rear auxiliary equipments to work continiously according to user's requirements, to realize automatic rubber mixing.
