Insulated glass:
Insulating glass (IG), more commonly known as double glazing (or double-pane, and increasingly triple and quadruple glazing/pane), consists of two or more glass window panes separated by a vacuum or gas-filled space to reduce heat transfer across a part of the building envelope.
Insulating glass units (IGUs) are manufactured with glass in range of thickness from 3 to 10 mm (1/8" to 3/8") or more in special applications. Laminated or tempered glass may also be used as part of the construction. Most units are produced with the same thickness of glass used on both panes but special applications such as acoustic attenuation or security may require wide ranges of thicknesses to be incorporated in the same unit.
LOW E glass is used for better heat insulation as option, argon can be used to replace air filled between glass panes for better heat insulation also.

1) Heat insulation: Heat insulation performance of insulating glass is the most ideal among all processed glass products. Heat transfer coefficient U value can be effectively reduced by insulating glass.
2) Sound proof : Insulating glass is ideal sound insulating material. Normal IGU can reduce noise by 30 decibel, IGU filled with inert gas can further reduce 5 decibel.
3) Energy-saving: Low-E glass can reflect most of the heat back. So the temperature of the house will be quite stable.

Q:Can you cut the film on site....or do you need an absolute measurement from me before the panels are custom made?
A: The material is custom manufactured with special laser equipment to ensure straight cuts however you can cut the material if needed to add a logo, trim etc.
Q:Can we install this film on the top half of the glass only? We were thinking we wanted to keep the existing decals in place and install film from the decal up to the top of the panel.
A:YES - You can install on top half or bottom half only, just be careful for the wiring
Q:Does it block the UV harmful rays?
A: It blocks over 98% of the harmful UV rays in both its energized and non-energized state.
Q:Can we install this product ourselves?
A:YES, we offer complete do it your self kits with practice pieces.
Q:How long will it take for production and delivery..
A: This depends on Material size, total qty order and geographic delivery place.For expedited sample orders, we can ship as fast as 3-7 working days from payment confirmation. If for mass production, it will only last for 7-10 working days approximately.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Generally, there is no MOQ for processed glass, but if you want to received best price, the more quantity, the better price.
Q: Could I have a small sample to verify the quality?

A: Yes, we welcome all of customers visit our factory when you have real requirements, we will take you to each of our production lines, and discussing orders in our office.

A: Yes, generally, we offer 5 years warranty for processing glass based on your normally uses, we advise you uses in a right way can keep your products service life in a long time (more than 5 years).
Q: How do you control the quality of your products?
We have standard management on factory based on ISO system, and train our staffs regularly, our production department they will choose high quality materials for glass strictly, for finished excellent products. And we have QC for each process, once find little problem, we will replace the glass, to make sure every piece glass go to warehouse is in good condition.
