Installation Instructions

LW-WX Vacuum Frying Machine is suitable for laboratory and small batch trial production. It can input 8kg of raw materials. Use electric heating. It has the advantages of convenient operation, energy saving and small floor area.
The Processing Process:
Raw material → filtration → cleaning → slicing (cutting into sections) → finalizing → draining → vacuum crushing → quick freezing → vacuum frying → vacuum deoiling → seasoning → product packaging → warehousing
The Application of food material:
Fruits: such as apple, banana, monkey peach, pineapple, winter jujube, strawberry, jackfruit, etc.
Vegetables: such as carrots, radishes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, garlic, onions, mushrooms, winter melon, okra, etc.
Meat foods: such as beef, fish fillets, shrimp, octopus, etc
Packaging & Shipping

The equipment will be assembled and disassembled as a whole according to the vacuum kettle, oil storage tank, heat exchanger, condenser and other parts, so as to facilitate customers' self-assembly and packing in wooden cases.
