HEI CHOW has imported nearly 200 high-precision six-axis five-linkage grinder, such as WALTER, ANCA,ROMANDIC, Schutte and other construction into four integral carbide tool production workshops, with a production capacity of more than 4.5 million/year, specializing in the manufacture of various customized integral alloy tools, Size covering 0.1-diameter 32mm, length within 300mm.

HEI CHOW' tools of the whole carbide cutting tool products, mainly covering milling and hole processing two categories, such as drills, milling cutters, reamers, small boring tools, non-standard taps, non-standard grinding inserts, etc., suitable for all kinds of machined materials, such as stainless steel, alloy steel, tool steel, mould steel, titanium alloy, high temperature alloys, and so on.
The company introduced German DMG high-precision laser cutting machine, Germany VOLLMER erosion machine, FANUC slow-feeding wire cutting machine, as well as the U.S. HASS, Japan MAZAK machining centres, vacuum welding machines, dynamic balancing instruments and other more than 20 sets of advanced equipment, with dozens of other ordinary lathes, grinders and other equipment to establish the production of super-hard cutting tools and alloy cutting tools welding workshop, welding super-hard cutting tools production capacity of up to 80 000/year, the production capacity of PCD/CBN inserts can be up to 60 000/year, the production capacity of welded alloy cutters up to 50 000/year.
HEICHOW provides customers with a wide range of solid carbide hole cutting tools, including straight shank twist drills, step drills, centre drills, gun drills, micro drills, reamers, small boring tools, taps, etc., with diameters ranging from 01-Ф32 and lengths up to 300mm, and deep hole twist drills ranging from 3-Ф14 and 3-20 times the diameters. HEICHOW also provides customers with a wealth of solid carbide milling tools, including end mills, round nose milling cutters, ball milling cutters, thread milling cutters, taper milling cutters, chamfering milling cutters, shaped milling cutters, wave edge milling cutters, T-milling cutters, such as rod milling cutters. The product size diameter range covers 0.1-Ф32, and various types of non-standard high-precision grinding alloy inserts are widely acclaimed by customers. In order to establish a full-process manufacturing industry chain, HEICHOW cutting Tools has introduced 2 sets of Swiss advanced vacuum nano-coating equipments, equipped with fully automated cleaning line and post-processing equipments, and set up a complete production line for coating process. HEICHOW's self-developed tool coating has greatly improved the tool life, shortened the tool delivery cycle, and enhanced the service level and quality of Haizhou Cutting Tools. The company's proprietary coating technology has many advantages.
